Hell Weeks Efficiency

<p>I have the Summer Seminar in 2 weeks, and was curious if I pasted my following workout plan for next two weeks if you figure I'll be even slightly prepared...the ones that not running is P90X workouts: </p>

<p>Btw, the Summer Seminar is the US Air Force Academy Summer Seminar</p>

<p>If you’re in shape>potato right now then I’d suggest tacking on about another 1/2 mile every day</p>

<p>If you can do P90X Plyo and run 2 miles in the same day then you should be doing Ironman. If you do it right, P90X Plyometrics should be killing you.</p>

<p>Edit: whoops just realized how old this thread is lol. I’m interested in knowing whether you were able to do it.</p>

<p>Regardless, I don’t see any legs exercises in this schedule. 0/10 cause no squats n oats.</p>

<p>Lol P90X Plyo is an hour of the hardest squats/lunges I’ve ever done. Don’t you worry about that haha</p>
