Helllppppp!!!!!

hey guys. so i have a problem. spring 08 im gonna be a second semester sophmore, and for the past year and a half, my intended major has been civil engineering. however, i have recently come to realize that i want to do psychology instead. so i wanna start taking classes geared towards psych next semester...but there's one problem...it's winter break, which means that there aren't any counselors i can call and talk to (at least i think that's what it means). so now i have no idea how to go about changing my major. do i drop all the engineering classes i'm signed up for next semester and replace them all with prereqs for psych? but then im gonna be REALLY behind because i've been taking math and physics and stuff like that. im just really confused about what to do...so please...any words of advice would help. thanks!!!

this is offtopic, but i'm considering going into psychology too.

bluegold, do you have a link to the required courses i have to take at UC Berkeley to apply for psychology in grad school?
