Does anyone know if Northwestern needs official transcripts of summer college classes sent to them?

<p>I e-mailed an admissions officer at Northwestern a while back about college transcripts, and this is how he replied:</p>

<p>I can't speak for other schools, but Northwestern expects to receive an official transcript from each school a student has attended. We will hold all transcripts (and any information sent) until the student applies and then we match all the documents with the student's file. I imagine that this is a fairly typical procedure, but you should check with each school to which you are applying for verification.</p>

<p>When I e-mailed him, I was originally asking about how the school wants the transcripts sent to them (by way of my high school or by way of the college). However, I'm wondering now if his response can be extended to your situation. You might want to call them, and ask them this specific question yourself.</p>
