I am a White Jewish Male not born in the USA. I came here when I was 3 years old.
I go to the Bronx High School of Science (20th best in the nation but DOES NOT RANK)
The school sends its students to many top schools such as Ivy's and such.
My G.P.A. is 79.5/100 (Yeah I know its bad but I'm sure it will rise by the end of this term)
My SAT Scores are as follows:
SAT I: Crit. Read. = 650, Math = 670, Writing = 690, Total = 2010 (Yeah had to be stupid and do best on writing....sucks)
SAT II: United States History = 620, Math I = 620, Literature = 520, Math II = 550 (Really bad on the 500 ones but what can ya do..)

I had a letter of recommendation from my United States History teacher and a letter of recommendation from my ballroom dancing coach of five years.

My essays are very well written if I do say so myself. I believe writing to be my prominent strength so I hope that saves me.

I really want to get into the top three schools on my list with American being a very important interest. I am extremely interested in politics and journalism and wish to pursue them in the university considering it is one of the best in the nation for those majors. I know my grades are fairly bad but I can attribute that mostly to my rigorous dancing program. I have been dancing for a very long time and that has taken up much of my daily life, leaving me little time to study. I fully blame my inability to balance dance and school on myself and included that in all of my applications as well as passionate essays describing my dedication to what I do and will do in the future.

So anyone want to review my chances?
