Hello everyone!

We should all meet up and go to a Korean BBQ! (A weekend perhaps?)

(I’m undeclared physical science btw, considering chem or possibility biochem…)

bioE right now. considering switching to biochem or chemE

poli sci major right here!!!

korean bbq? IM DOWN! :D

I’m Jorge. Not all non-humanities are mechanical robots. However, I’ll love to try Korean BBQ; never had any. If we do anything, meet up should be somewhere in/near school so we can learn the public transport .

Should we all head down to the Korean BBQ place in westwood on Friday night of zero week? Say meet in the center of DeNeve at 8:00ish?

That sounds so cool! I’m a biology major. I would love to meet new friends! I’m going to LA knowing exactly ZERO people (aside from people I first met at orientation)!

Poli Sci majorrrrr right here. and like someone else said…I’m hella down for some Korean BBQ :)

om nom nom nom
korean bbq

EE here :)

Now that we have a large and willing group, its time for the next step. Many of these eager meet ups fail because of lack of initiative. Let’s all decide:

1) Date

2) Time

3) Location of Meetup

4) Korean BBQ place

etc.

im fine with anytime and anywhere. You guys choose :)

Date: Friday of zero week (Sept. 25 I think)
Time: 8:00 PM
Meet in center of DeNeve (I assume most people live on campus or close to it)
Korean BBQ place: This small shack on Gayley and Weyburn. Does this work with people?

When it gets to the day of we should post what we are wearing so we know who to look for.

^ me too. I’m a physics major btw.

edit: sound alright

dinoian- sounds good! See you guys then!

btw- are you guys freshmans or transfers? Just wondering

gayley and weyburn? gushi?

I’m going into second year, still technically only an applied math major until Winter when I can add the physics.

I don’t know the name of the place, just know what it looks like and that it tastes good.

Hm…be careful of the group size~ Gushi’s (sp?) is pretty small… And it’s not like…the cook it yourself BBQ either…it’s fast food style =)

hm never been to that place, but I am down with that

if you guys want to go “cook it ourselves” style, I know plenty of places around koreatown that can seat groups of 20+. Although they are rather far from UCLA

Sign up by writing your name…if you’re more than interested in coming.
