Hello :)

So I'm completely new to this website, well not necessarily; I've been referring to this site for quite some time especially concerning HEOP, and chances of getting in. I honestly believe that this entire conspiracy that dreams should be held back because of simple numbers, numbers that truly do not acknowledge one's intelligence, is ridiculous. Maturity, common sense, and one's ability to make positive impacts of great magnitude is far more important than silly numbers that many of you have claimed to believe is the ideal qualification for attending such universities.
Well I didn't write this post to lay out my thoughts, I just wanted to know if somebody of some sophisticated nature would like to take a look at my Columbia "why" essay. I am a New York resident, of Hispanic decent. I also know the deadline passed, I just wanted some feedback.

Thank You =]

i’ll take a look

appreciate it ^.^

Well, welcome =] It’s nice to meet you, did you also apply to Columbia? Under what program/school?

Sure, I’ll look at it.
