<p>Just FYI, I applied to a bunch of colleges for Fall 2010, ranging from the awesome to the good. No so-so colleges for me :P</p>
<p>What about you guys? Anything interesting to say about yourself? Nice ECs? SAT scores? What are your strengths?</p>

<p>I’m not 100% sure about my intended major. Something science related for sure.</p>
<p>And I applied to a bunch of places…Harvard, Yale, Brown, Cornell, Reed, Colgate (accepted, AMS scholar), Harvey mudd, Grinnell, Duke, a few more.</p>
<p>Incidentally, does anyone know what kind of SAT scores this year’s Indian applicants have?</p>

<p>You’ve been around here for a while - I presume SAT scores come up eventually in your discussions; that’s all I wanna know. CC can be considered as a microcosm of Indian applicants. Some good, some bad, some average applicants.</p>

<p>all right let me oblige. My stats:</p>
<p>SAT: 4800(I did complicated number theory along with differential limits on all the math problems, so they gave me points for being so uber-nerdy)</p>
<p>SAT II: Every Subject test that is available: infinity/800(seriously)</p>
<p>ECs: I cured cancer, the common cold, discovered a permanent cure for AIDS, and created life. Also, I created Frankenstein Model 2.0 (this one has lasers that come out of his hands and is like ugly version for Optimus Prime)</p>
<p>Awards: I was awarded the Noble Price for Best Awesome Human Being. Its like the king of awards. In fact, after the awards ceremony, I had a little press conference with God and he was like “surf, ur the most awesome uber nerd ever!”</p>
<p>Colleges: Yeah, I got accepted to HarMITStanTon University. Its basically the combination of HPSM. I dont like Yale, sorry. And it has an acceptance of 0.00000000001% (lower than even IIT) i.e. 1 person. Yes, I am the only one thatgot accepted. </p>
