Oh please. There is no precise way of converting ACT scores to SAT scores. Do not ever compare them, please.</p>
<p>To answer the OP’s question: I was in a similar situation…I was originally scoring 33s on practice tests, but after a couple weeks of prep I scored a 35 on the actual exam. My main suggestion is to practice, practice, practice. I read through Barron’s ACT 36 book to develop a strategy for each section and understand how the more difficult problems worked. Then I used the three tests in the Real ACT Prep Guide to get used to the actual exam and work on my timing. Best of luck!</p>

<p>^ No, no coversion is accurate. Even the estimates are not. Without my science score, my composite score would be 3 points higher.
I’ll prove those estimates are very wrong when I get my SAT score in 10 days.</p>
