<p>So next quarter, I will be retaking chemistry because I got a D 2 quarters ago. Because I received a D, I still got those 5 units. </p>
<p>When I retake the class, will I get another 5 units? I really need to know in case I dont get them, so I will have to take another class to make 90 qtr units by the end of Spring before I transfer.</p>

<p>Dinotubin: Any units at a grade below a “C” are NOT transferable. Those 5 units at a “D” may count for something at the community college but they WILL NOT transfer to a UC school and they will not count towards the 60/90 units transferable minimum.</p>
