SAT I

MATH READING WRITING
680 680 580

math IC 730

what this means is

Freshman 86.66666667
SOph 89.42857143
Junioor 88.33333333

all three 88.14285714

ALL these grades are weighted.

SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS MY GPA OUT OF 4.0? I WANNA MAKE SURE I AM USING THE RIGHT NUMBER

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

no need for the crazy calculations. just add 4 for for all A's and 3 for all B's. Then divide the aggregate by the classes you're taking that should give you your unweighted GPA.

bro, all my school gives is number grades, what then is considered an A or B

I can't really say abt your school but take the general class stds.

A- 100 - 90
B- 89 - 80
and so on

according to my calculations ur gpa is 3.4210 uw

according to my calcs., your gpa is 3.368

I agree with mcq.

Here's how the percents translate to grades at my school:

93-100 = A

89-92* = A- (=3.7 grade points) *92 really means 92.999... same with the other upper ends of percent ranges

87-88 = B+ (=3.3 GP)

83-86 = B

79-82 = B- (=2.7 GP)

Using this scale, I got your GPA = 3.405. I don't know what kind of scale your school uses, though. Obviously my calculation turned up a different GPA than the other posters in this thread, so... well, make what you want of it. I hope it helps, though. :)

um the scale anniushka used is for honor classes, so use that accordingly since you didn't mention any honors classes.
btw anniushka ur sn sounds very indian, any chance you are one?
