Help a lazy cousin w/ biomedical engineering

So, my cousin is a junior and I'm wanting to help him out with the whole college thing. He's looking into biomedical engineering, and I was wondering what you all think are the top biomedical engineering programs in the US (private and public schools)?

Johns Hopkins probably has the most prestigious program for biomedical engineering.

Other notable programs are: Duke, Georgia Tech, UCSD, MIT, Case Western, Rice, UPenn, Boston University, and Michigan.

Lets focus on the word "lazy" before start looking for top BME univs. :P jp jp

Drexel :D, ive heard is decent. and so is Rutgers, those are the ones in my area. what state do you live in? Upitt also has an excellect looking program, you can concentrate on cool things like:

* Biotechnology and Artificial Orgrans
* Biomechanics
* Biosignals and Imaging

Department of Bioengineering: University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering

isn't NJIT in that area too then?

Rank = 125

Check out Rutgers. Brand new building and a good number of new hires. Also, stem cell institute building has broken ground.
