help a possible transfer please.

I forgot to mention that I am also a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (a top business school for undergrads in the state of wisconsin). I am interested in possibly transferring to another university, after my sophomore year. I want to know an "adequate" GPA needed in order to transfer. I am also an international student from the Republic of Ghana. I have a 3.21 GPA, but it should be up to a 3.42 by the end of the second semester. I am a business major taking some moderate to difficult level courses, and I wanted to know my chances of entering universities like: Notre Dame, University of Michigan, University of Texas, University of Virginia, Georgia Institute of Technology, New York University, Georgetown Unviersity, College of William and Mary, University of Wisconsin, Illinois, Stanford, or George Washington University. Please respond, and I would like some tips as to how I can boost my GPA, since I should get nothing less than a 3.5 at the end of the semester.
Thank you and this would be appreciated

For future reference, it's probably easier to keep the conversation flowing if you continue to post in one thread instead of creating three of them on the same topic. Not trying to be hostile, just a suggestion.

As I've said before, there's more than just GPA. Among other things, your ECs and your reason(s) for wanting to transfer are very important also. It's hard to assess your chances without that information.

Please respond

Toph told you everything there is to know, I think the previous thread has valuable insights.

If you really want to get into those schools, make yourself competitive by doing those things Toph mentioned.

Tips on how to boost your GPA? Uh, that's a little self explanatory. Higher grades = Higer GPA.
