Help! A questions about applying Yale

I am a junior in high school that is going to be a senior after September. I am Chinese but I am living in Hungary and studying in an American international school in Budapest with IB Program.

My current courses are HL Math, HL Physics, HL Econ, SL Psychology, SL English and German Ab Initio. My unweighted GPA during senior year that just passed is 3.95 that 5 "A"s and 1 "A-" which is English. I think this is not bad and I am definitely the best student in all seniors in our school, and I got full points in PSAT Math last fall. But there is a problem that my grades of my Sophomore year. I came to Budapest right before 10th Grade, so my English was not perfect even I almost could not speak English, after one year my English achieved the normal level, but the grade, especially the first semester of Grade 10 crushed my grade so hard that my GPA was only 2.83.

So my question is if I did well in my two-year IB courses but not very well of my grade10 because I was still learning English, will I still have any chance to get into Yale?
