Help a scared transfer student!

I am a transfer student that has been in the community college system for 1 and a half years so far. I have my eyes set on the university of michigan but have a few concerns. In high school I had a bad act score... I am kind of confused with whether or not I can just not include those in my package, or will that go against my tremendously during the admissions process. Also I have a 3.61 gpa and received 53 credits so far at my community college. I work alot so it shows I'm active and a full time student. Issue if I haven't been able to send my application in until yesterday. What does anyone think my chances are getting into michigan in the fall? Any feed back is appreciated

Someone last year created a very in-depth chart of the information about accepted/declined transfers. If you search you can find it, I don’t recall exactly, but I think the median was maybe a 3.75 with 55 incoming college credits. Do not get me wrong your gpa is not terrible also I do believe rigor played a role in peoples acceptance also.
