Hi everyone, I am a sophomore who just took the AP stats exam.

Can someone tell me (approximately) what a 36/40 on Multiple Choice, 15/20 on FR, and 2 or 3/4 on question 6 would get me? (in terms of 1 - 5).

Thanks a lot guys!

a 5 most likely.

I’m pretty sure that’s definitely a 5.

Thanks everyone. Where do you think i am on the 5 distribution. These scores are estimates of what i think i got on the test, so if my scores were a bit lower, would that still be a 5, or no?

you can lose another 6 points of MC and 5 points of FR and still get a 5.

WOW!, really, how does that work?? a 30/40 and 10/20 on FR??? Really, still a 5?

stats has a harsh curve. 70% or above is almost a guaranteed 5 however. most tests are in the 60-65% range for 5s.

Really, cause many teachers have told me that the cutoff for a five is usually around 72 - 75%.

Depends on the test. Stats should usually be around 67& ish
