Help accidentally sent my SAT test to Ivys

Unbeknowest to me, while I was sending my SAT IIs to colleges, my shitty SAT (1910) was also sent to 4/5 of my schools. I want to be judged on my ACT scores which are much better. I’m planning on calling admissions to see what I can do but does anyone else have any advice/been in this situation before?

SAT is super scored. Retake the SAT and the old test scores won’t be held against you.

You’re fine. They’ll look at your highest score, which would be your ACT score.

These schools require that you send all test anywho so don’t worry about it.

^ Just posting to correct @QuadMaster‌ - not all Ivies want to see all scores. For instance Brown allows score choice. http://www.brown.edu/admission/undergraduate/do-you-accept-score-choice-or-do-you-super-score-standardized-testing Check the web sites of each school to see what is required.

Send them your ACT scores also. Most colleges claim they will use your best scores.

Wait I was in this mess too at one point… when this happened, I just called the CollegeBoard. If the college hasn’t already received the scores, then the CollegeBoard will “cancel” the sending of the scores.

How did this happen, so the rest of us can avoid the same problem? Thanks!
