What’s your EFC? Has your parent given you a budget as to how much they can contribute from income and saving? Do you have savings/a job?
Since you’re a resident of Pennsylvania, which is a horrible state for university costs and financial aid, even your instate options may not be affordable.

Creighton may be a good pick if you don’t mind going far away.
ULouisville if the NPC makes it affordable.
Youngstown State would give you decent merit aid for these stats.
Mizzou might be possible, check out their scholarships. After the first year, you can switch to instate costs (you have to stay and work over the summer though, except for 3 weeks “off”).
