Help? Advice and Chances

Firstly, let me introduce myself as a recently transferred high school student from Barbados. I’m a junior and this is my first year schooling in the U.S. I intend to be a lawyer in the future but presently I must focus on my chances at any of the universities listed below;
-Brown
-Boston University
-Notre Dame
-Northeastern University
-NYU
-UCLA
-UPenn
I know they all have a “below-average” acceptance rate but I just want to try my luck. I’m actually intending Ivy League but I’ll discontinue misleading myself due to insufficient requirement meets.
The problem; I have maintained a poor GPA of 3.5-3.6 for the first two quarters of this school year… I’m not enrolled in any AP or honors classes and I’m lacking clubs/extracurricular.
Due to recent residence in Barbados, (a tropical island in the Caribbean) I’ve not the knowledge of AP courses etc.
My main sport is competitive swimming, unfortunately my school is more on the academic side so we don’t have a swimming pool…
I participate only in Teen Court, occasional community service in which I’m desperately lacking hours and I’m in this Black Young Males empowerment group of some sort…
I am of a black ethnicity citizen of the Barbados Island and U.S.

With the end of the school year approaching rapidly, I feel it’s nearly impossible to equip myself for meeting the requirements of these schools… Much less, an Ivy League school.

Thank You

Make an appt w/your HS guid counselor and draw up a road map of what you need to do to package yourself in the best light possible, take the requisite exams, etc. Speak w/your family about what you can afford.

Be ready to expand your college search list. Ultra selective schools like Brown & Penn are likely out of your reach unless you have topmost SAT/ACT scores. Best of luck however.

Brown, as well as UPenn, are in the Ivy League.
