Help!!Am I rejected by UCLA?

Help!!Am I rejected by UCLA? :(

When i try to log in to MYUCLA, it says:
LOGIN ERROR
MyUCLA services are limited to undergraduate, graduate and professional students who have been officially admitted to UCLA, UCLA Alumni, UCLA University Extension students who have petitioned for concurrent enrollment, UCLA Summer Sessions students, UCLA instructors, and current UCLA staff.

Your UCLA Logon ID does not appear to be affiliated with any of these groups. If you have multiple UCLA Logon IDs, you must use the UCLA Logon ID associated with a 9-digit UCLA Identification Number that is from one or more of these groups. You can look up your UCLA Logon ID at http://logon.ucla.edu. If you have any questions, please contact the MyUCLA help desk at myucla@college.ucla.edu.

Attention undergraduate applicants: Admissions decisions, when available, must be accessed through the official UCLA Admissions site at UCLA Undergraduate Admissions.

Attention Parents/Guardians/3rd party account holders: Selected services granted to you by a student must be accessed through URSA online at http://www.ursa.ucla.edu.

Back to MyUCLA

When i try to log in to URSA LOGON, it says:
Our records indicate that you do not have access to use URSA at this time...

Are you a new UCLA Student, a former UCLA Student, a UCLA Alumnus?

You must have your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number associated with your UCLA Logon ID to access URSA. You can find this number:

On your online or paper letter of admission (new students)

On your BruinCard (current students, former students, alumni)

On your UCLA transcript (current students, former students, alumni)

Create your UCLA Logon ID with your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number. If you went through this process and still got this page, please call (310) 825-1091, option 6 during normal business hours.

Are you a 3rd Party Account Holder?

You have not been authorized access to URSA to view any student accounts. Contact the student of the account you are trying to access for authorization and instructions. Only UCLA students can authorize access to URSA to 3rd Party Account Holders.

Did you create an account on URSA? Using your student ID number?

You need to do that first. Once you’ve done that you’ll have access to URSA. You could sign up for summer sessions to access MyUCLA (DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A CLASS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A $150 FEE TO UC), but honestly Friday is only a few days away, I would just wait

I have the same problem as the OP. I have created an account for URSA (setting up as “UCLA New Student”) and could log into URSA fine, thoguh there’s still nothing under the finacial aid summary. Yet, when I try to log into MyUCLA, it gives me the same error message shown above.

You guys have to wait at least 24 hours after creating an URSA, in order to visit your myUCLA.

@BioToUcla
I registered on URSA two weeks ago and I still cannot get access to MyUCLA. So, I don’t think the error message is due to the 24-hour wait.

I wouldn’t worry about it, the only thing you can do on MyUCLA is look at the white banner. I would just wait until Friday, when actual decisions are released.

I actually wish the tricks didn’t exist, I’ve wasted too much time checking them

Oh really? That’s odd… seems like it’s been that way for most people. I wouldn’t worry too much about it though because at this point the myUCLA trick seems too ambiguous.

I think you have to do the “summer trick” to have acess to MyUCLA, which means you have to agree to that $150 fee contract without adding any classes. I don’t think just “creating” an URSA account would not let you logon to myUCLA.

BTW…do u guys know Where can i find the “UCLA ID number”? I typed in my uc app number but it says it should be 9-digit… :frowning: so depressed!

https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Decision/Login.aspx
when you log in there you’ll see it in the top right hand corner

@Hassmylove

go to the UCLA transfer decision page, type in your info and you will see your UCLA ID!

https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Decision/Login.aspx

It will tell you on here, use your UC application ID on this website, then it will tell you your UCLA ID

I did created the ursa logon a few weeks agon but it keeps saying that “Our records indicate that you do not have access to use URSA at this time…”
What is the banner? What do you guys see in the ursa? Could you send me a pic?
I guess it indicates that I will be rejected…only mine is so weird… :(

how can you create ursa account without knowing your ucla id?

Oh sorrry…I created an account a few weeks ago and I don’t know what i 've created…at that time i didn’t use the ucla id…anyway i created a new account…now i can log in with my new account…

Oh excuse me…another tiny question…do you guys know where to find the “major”?I saw someone talking about the “major” showing up on their pages…where should I find them?
