Help an anxious sophomore?

I come from a very competitive NY high school and I'm starting to get a bit scared, seeing all the holy-crap-incredible things that people around me are doing. These are all things I have done, or plan on doing doing, unless oddball circumstances come up:

Basics:
-White, Jewish female
-School is very competitive, Blue Ribbon, nationally ranked AP and music programs, etc. Suburban Long Island. Sends a bunch of grads to top schools.
-Income ~100k, and both parents went to college.

Academics:
-Obviously haven't taken the SATs yet, but I'm projecting about a 2000 based on practice tests. I'll retake if I get under that. I'm planning on taking US History, Physics, and Math B SATIIs; I'll probably get around the high 600s/low 700s.
-Right now, GPA is about 3.75 UW. 4.1ish W.
-APs: will have taken European History, English Language and Comp, US History, Micro/Macro, English Lit, plus possibly Psychology and/or Spanish. No reason why I shouldn't get a 4 or 5 on all of them. Also taking a math course through a local college, not AP though.
-Honors: All honors except about three classes throughout all 4 years.

ECs:
-Secretary of Martin Luther King Jr. club does charity work and similar
-Vice President of Religious Education of United Synogogue Youth group (elected)
-Played clarinet in school band since fourth grade
-Marching Band
-Hebrew High School graduate (4 year program)

Volunteering:
-Relay for Life (Team Captain, hoping for Student Committee. 150+ hours)
-Habitat for Humanity- building houses
-Annual fair at local colonial village
-Teacher Assistant at hebrew school
-Co-founded a student group Songs for Seniors that plays music at nursing homes about once a month or more often.

Work:
-Boatload of babysitting, not that it counts.
-Worked at a day camp summer before freshman year
-Hoping to get the standard restauraunt/store teenager job for sophomore, junior, and senior summers

And that's about it :. I'm looking at it and it just doesn't seem like much. Should I join another club for my junior and senior years? Gah.
Right now I'm looking at Boston University, American University, Brandeis (reach, I know), Delaware, and UMASS (safety, both parents went there as well as practically all my aunts and uncles on my dad's side)

Do I have any shot at those? What colleges are in my ballpark, where should I be looking? I'm not a math/science/business person.

Thank you so much! I really need to calm my fears or something. Argh.

I want to reply to this thread but WARNING am also an anxious sophmore. i noticed that most seniors and juniors avoid sophmore posts because they scoff- saying that sophmores are not old enough to understand anything about college admissions or set long-term goals. Understandably, yes we haven’t take the big tests of SAT’s yet but- this is the best time to help junior members- after all we can actually change the course we are on / make adjustments to become better.

Sorry, I just wanted to put that message out there,

Now for you, I think if you keep this GPa up you could get in. You have a good chance. As for the crazy things everyone else is doing-unless you are obssessed with HYPMSC you shouldn’t have to worry about that. Most of all- keep the good work up. Y
P.S. you might want to join a few service clubs or somewhat ( sport)
