Help An Incomming Fresh For a dorm?

I'm an upcoming freshmen for '14 and my intended major is Political Science. As of now, I would like to be placed in Orchard Hill, or if not Northeast. I picked this due to my research indicating that these dorms are relatively more quiet compared to those of Southwest ( and some more). My problem is that I would love to join a RAP that involve my major, but none is being offered besides in Southwest. I would like not to be placed in Southwest ( too many negative factors for me), but at the same time I'm losing my RAP opportunity too. Am I correct, or is there any other RAP that's closely related to my major in Orchard?
Side Note: I'm actually looking into the Society & Leadership RFYE theme, but I missed my SAT scores by a couple digits to qualify for honors even if my GPA was strong, since a lot of the RAPs are honor based

Raps by location:

From that list, it looks like there are some in both Orchard Hill and Central that might be interesting to you.

Make sure you go to the earliest possible orientation, and make sure you fill out the dorm request paperwork correctly. This gives you the best chance of getting the dorm/RAP you want, since they seem to fill on a first-come first-served basis.

There is a Politics Today RAP in both Orchard Hill and Central… It doesn’t look like either one is honors based.

By the way, I strong recommend both RAPs and Orchard Hill.
