Help an international student from Nepal navigate college admission after 5 year of gap

Hello everyone. I’m from Nepal and was trying to take an advantage of Test optional year. I applied to total of 25 colleges. 13 have already rejected me, 4 have accepted and others are pending. I’d like to start with my stats;
Background:
South Asian 24 year old … Non-binary Genderqueer
Passed highschool in 2015

Grades:
My highschool grades were average. I got 65.5/100 which was A for my school. 75% and above was A+.
Grade 9 wasn’t considered a part of highschool when I was in school so I don’t have grade 9 transcript

Have an advance diploma in hospitality management(non-acedemic) but they did take exams and i have 80% on both semester-1st position in class

Ecs:
Working in fields with my grandparents since 13 years old
Mentoring/tution to kids in my neighbourhood since 2015
Queer Right , Mental health and anti-bullying activist
Worked in an queer organization that we started as a board member for a year
Organizer of Nepal’s first Pride Parade(2019) and second too (2020)
Currently helping kids with learning disability

Accomplishment:

First generation from my whole family to pass high school
First person in my area studying English
First fluent English speaker
First openly Queer person in my area

Essays:
Wrote bout how my highschool experience as a queer kid was and how I’m changed now coz of it(positive changes with no graphic details although my writing might be you know simple)

2nd essay about someone trying to ruin me by giving me std, looking for doctors who would treat me (took me 2 years to find a doctor) and how I changed my life to the better [Again not too graphic]

LOCS were great and positive although my school is very new to this process.

With that said i need like 100% need… like I can’t afford… so that was tricky for me coz I had to make a college list while keeping the finance in my mind. I applied to university of kansas (got in with 6k scholarship), Pace university with zero, university of new haven with 22k in scholarship and Adelphi with 26k in scholarship.

I got rejected by basically all of the top20s (was looking forward being a dicersity. Guess not)

I have like all ivys except for Princeton and Stanford remaining and don’t really expect anything. Side note: I got upenn interview for huntsman program and it went well. My only interview.

Well the help I need is regarding finacial. Like how can i help myself. Student loans or maybe applying another year

Are any of the acceptances affordable? How much can you afford each year?

Sadly, I don’t see any of the colleges that meet 100% financial need accepting you as there are so many competitive international applicants. While being openly gay may be “diversity” in your area, it is not here in the US as many persons are openly gay.

Well i was going for geographically underrepresented “diversity”…
