<p>I don't know what the statistic in MN is, but again, MN - lowest ratio. Period.</p>
<p>By logic like that, every school in CA should get a boost because CA has one of the worst (third from the bottom?) public education systems.</p>
<p>the los angeles public school district is pretty terrible. our school info that gets sent with our mid year report is full of spelling and grammatical errors, which is going to reflect so badly on us</p>
