Help! Applying for 11th grade

I'm a current sophomore and am applying for 11th grade at Choate, Andover and Taft. I've heard that applying for 11th is a lot more competitive and I wanted to know if I have a chance of getting into to any of these schools. I had a 4.0 gpa for freshman year and my current grades are:

Pre-Calculus BC Honors: A-
Chemistry Honors: A
Religion: A (i go to a Catholic school and religion class is mandatory)
APUSH: A
US Lit: B+
French 2 Honors: A
Photography: A

My ec's are photography, photojournalism, community service (75+ hours), violin (6 years), golf (only 1 year, but want to try out for the team), skiing

The only award i have is getting 2nd place in the AMC 10 in 8th grade... I'm very concerned about not having any other awards.

Also, how hard is it to adjust as an incoming junior?

Thanks!

jtttt: See my response to the poster in the “Chance me: I’m applying for 11th grade” thread. You may want to consider the same. While not impossible to adjust as an 11th grader, because that year is traditionally the most difficult you may not have as much opportunity to get to know the school and prepare yourself for your junior year, not just academically but socially, as well. If you definitely want to apply for your junior year, you have good grades and ECs. However, it is so hard to tell what the admissions committees will do from year to year. My advice is to make the best of your interviews and knock your essays out of the park. This will make you stand out. Good luck!
