help....architecture related

Ok I need some help, I’m extremely knew here so I don’t even know if anyone can help…I am an international student who wrote the sat on December 3rd where I got a score of 2020 (critical reading – 730, mathematical reasoning- 670 and writing skills – 620). I am interested in pursuing a degree in architecture. Unfortunately I don’t really have any money to pay for college especially with the exchange rate. Neither do I have a portfolio. Neither do I have any SAT II subject…I do however have ordinary level subjects….all one’s (well a’s….it a Caribbean Examination Council thing) So I was just wondering with my scores and lack of portfolio etc what are the best schools accredited by the NAAB that I can apply to anywhere in the united states that will offer me a full scholarship or has a need blind admission policy. Should I try and rush a portfolio before deadlines? Thank you.

p.s. I’m applying to Pratt and RISD…what are my chances??

or if push comes to shove where is the best schools i can apply for civil engineering or urban and regional planning that will give me a full scholarship and then do my M. arch after

Rhett, may I suggest you apply to Cooper Union? Every student who gets accepted is on a free ticket. That's right. No tuition fees. Of course, they accepted maybe 70 students out of a 3000 person applicant pool for architecture last year, but there's no harm in trying...
