<p>No, you print out the Common App arts supplement form (that you fill out in pdf online) and attach your arts resume, teacher recommendation and DVD and mail it all to Stanford. Be SURE to print out the specific arts supplement label Stanford has on its website. You can send the whole thing in hard copy–you’ll indicate that’s what you’re doing online.</p>
