I am an international student, currently in high school and asked my admission counselor to submit my application. However, he says that he has already submitted counselor recommendation and school report, and he says that he can not complete the application, because there are two required fields - optional report and final report. I am now in the middle of my graduation grade (senior year i guess), therefore he can not submit my final report because I haven’t graduated from high school yet. Should he just leave them blank? Does it mean that school report and counselor’s recommendation have already been submitted and colleges are going to receive them?
