Hey guys! I’m majoring in Biology because I hope to go to PA school after my 4 undergrad years. I am debating whether I should go to University of the Pacific, which is in Stockton, or University of California Riverside, which in in the South. I live in Sacramento so UOP would be closer, but it is smaller, and there is more diversity at UCR. I’m stuck between the two and I know that I have to make a decision soon. What are you thoughts?!
Cost constraints? Since PA school will be pricey.
No I received a scholarship from UOP, which is a pricey college, which equals the tuition for UCR. There are no cost constraints. What do you suggest?
Which school do you feel most comfortable? Academically I think both schools are good for your major. Have you explored the medically related opportunities/volunteering available at each school, since there are many hours required to apply to PA school? Have you looked at the Pre-professional advising available at each school? Also, at which school do you think you can get a high GPA?
