Help! Bandier or Interactive Entertainment?

Hey there Violadad, I’m quite flattered you remember me X)

Either way I’m gonna feel a little bit of guilt no matter which way I go since they’re both highly selective programs XP

At this point I’m thinking of going to USC because they have the option of a Music Industry minor there, while Syracuse doesn’t have the option of an IE minor. Does that logic seem to make sense? At USC I can later apply to the BS Music Industry program as well, even if it takes me 5 years to graduate X)

Neither one is particularly composition oriented - Bandier is highly business oriented (although admittedly more “musical”) while IE@SCA is highly game design oriented (for obvious reasons). Regardless of which route I go, composition will probably just be a “flair” sort of thing, decoration to my major X) (Say, major in Interactive Entertainment with a focus in Sound Design/Game Music).

Still so torn XP
