Help! Big College App Mistake

Ok I’m freaking out… I was sending in apps and I sent in the wrong resume to two colleges.

So for Amherst, I was sending in my slideroom recordings and they have a resume option and I added mine NOT KNOWING that the resume I added said “Eastman/University of Rochester Dual Degree Program” on the header. I did the same thing for Bard, but for Bard it was on the commonapp. What do I do!!! Will this affect my college decisions?? Should I email admissions or would that just make them say “definitely no to this one”? Please help!!!

Even if you don’t know what I should do, any insight would be greatly appreciated… I don’t think I’ll be able to fall asleep until I figure out what to do

I forgot to add, the “new” resume would be the exact same thing but without the eastman thing

That’s a bummer, but all may not be lost. I knew a kid who got into Duke even though their “Why Duke” essay was full of references to Northwestern.

There’s really nothing you can do at this point, though, and I would definitely not recommend contacting the Amherst admissions team. @dejabo
