My son is having a difficult time deciding between the University of Iowa and Marquette. He has been accepted as a direct admit into University of Iowa’s Tippie School of Business and would be in the honors program also. At Marquette, he would also be in the honors program as a business major. Marquette is slightly more expensive for us but not enough to make it the deciding factor. He likes Iowa’s campus and sports more than Marquette’s urban campus, but he does like the access to professional sports in Milwaukee. He also likes the smaller feel of Marquette but feels he could get a similar feel at Iowa since he is in the business school and it’s not super big. His main concern is getting a good job after college and which school would provide better opportunities for him to do that. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
