<p>If you count backwards and progressively relax yourself, you will make yourself sleepier. I think OP went to bed because HSL got boring last night haha</p>
<p>lol Thanks for the advice guys. I ended up trying to read out of my APUSH textbook (which did not work LOL), then trying to eat a little meal. I fell asleep at about 1 in the morning.</p>

<p>I counted 75 sheep and I still couldn’t go to sleep. I listen to easy instrumentals</p>
<p>LED, Computer screens, mitigate melatonin production, which aids in falling asleep. Turn off the computer a good hour before you go to sleep.</p>
<p>Also, getting a sib or parent to give you a back rub often does the trick.</p>
<p>My mom used to give me back rubs to put me to bed! It does work!</p>
