HELP Can't remove Counselor from Commonapp

Hey guys, I have a very unique situation here. I’ve tried contacting both Naviance and the Commonapp but they both seem to refuse to provide any kid of support for students. Earlier this school year I linked to my school’s Naviance system and added my counselor. However, I’ve transferred to a public school which does not use Naviance. I’ve been able to add teacher recommendations from my old school manually but Commonapp refuses to let me remove my counselor recommender. I’ve confirmed that I’m already removed from my old school’s Naviance system but for some reason Commonapp provides absolutely no flexibility in managing recommenders. I’m also unable to create a new account because it says the information I provide is already linked to a preexisting account. If there’re any Commonapp representatives on this site that could help it would be greatly appreciated.
