Help! Can't send SAT scores !!?

<p>I need serious help. </p>

<p>Whenever i try to send additional reports, when i click "Make Payment" I get the following error:</p>

<p>Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance at (866) 756-7346 Domestic or (212) 713-7789 International.</p>

<p>What do i do? I am an international from Africa.</p>
