<p>Now that I think about it, I’m not sure where to find the actual qualifications. I just recall hearing warnings against trying to fudge NA status, because it’s different from other URM statuses in that such things as tribe identity cards are verifiable, whereas there is no card to confirm one’s black or Hispanic identity. So I would contact some admissions offices to make sure you fit whatever criteria they may have for claiming that kind of status.</p>
<p>And yes, that all sounds relevant to the Additional Info section. I would just try to be brief and refrain from listing a whole resume.</p>
