<p>I am currently studying International Relations and I would really like to transfer to a american University in the Spring semester of 2015, could I get some reccomendations acredited universities (regionally, nationally...) with good reputation (well know in their state, region or even nationally), since my financial limits a lot of Universities, could you recommend universities with scholarships as weçç.</p>
<p>My current Gpa in the University must be around 3.85 (9.8 out of 10)
Tuition would need to be a maximun of 15000 dolars per year</p>
