help choosing colleges please

<p>hi. i am a community college student at mt sac in california. i would really like to transfer to an out of state school but am unsure of which college to choose. this is my first year in college and i have a 3.5 so far but hoping to get it up a little bit, although i am satisfied with that gpa. i am trying to decide to major in business with a concentration in finance or marketing. there are 2 schools i would like to go to but wanted to know what your thoughts are on them. please help me choose if you can thanks</p>

<p>As an out of state student, Minnesota’s list price starts at about $10,000 less per year than Wisconsin’s list price. Don’t expect particularly generous financial aid as an out of state student.</p>

<p>Minnesota’s out of state list price is about as much as UC in state list price, but UC financial aid will likely be more generous if you are in state (try the net price calculators on each school’s web site). CSUs are less expensive.</p>
