Help: college suggestions

So I just finished my freshman year, and I am going to apply to transfer elsewhere following my sophomore year (I applied a few places this year, but it did not work out).I am currently at a University with a large fraternity presence. Greek life runs the social life at my school, and I am not into that at all. The school is small, which I like, and, for the most part, I enjoy the academics. I do not like how the school's academic focus is business (it is technically a liberal arts school, but everyone is obsessed with the business school; thus, the lib arts school is relatively neglected).
So, basically, I am looking for a social and academic change.
I am a laid-back kid who loves learning. I truly enjoy going to school. I like to work hard for my grades, and I enjoy making academic progress. Into different kinds of music (no rap/pop stuff; I like older stuff i.e. The Beatles, Bob Marley, Pink Floyd, and new stuff like Vampire Weekend, with some country and blue-grass music thrown in there). I am a math and English major, but, in the liberal arts spirit, I enjoy studying almost any subject. After my freshman experience, I wouldn't mind a school that did not have greek life, but I would be happy at a place where frat parties are not the hub of social activity.
I think I am looking for a school that is academically focused (this is a definite), with a laid-back social scene where you don't have to go to typical college parties Thursday-Saturday to have fun/be cool/enjoy yourself.
I'm not into drugs (never smoked or anything like that), more out of concern for the health of my lungs than anything against weed. I do drink, but I do not enjoy going out and getting hammered beyond belief. Regularly, I'll have a beer or two to unwind, but nothing intense or out-of-control.

Can anyone help suggest schools where I may fit in or have a good time? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.
