HELP! Common Application Problem!

I logged into my common application one day and noticed that it had submitted my common application to all of my six schools the day before. The only problem is that I had not even logged into my account the day before so there was no way that I submitted the applications. The common app people offered no help and said once an application had been submitted, it couldn't be recalled. I hadn't finished editing my short answer response before all of the applications were submitted. Luckily my schools are being understanding about the mistake, but I don't know what the best way to submit my application now would be.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any advice?

Does anyone else know about your account?

Maybe you should email the colleges and let them know what happened and ask if you can resend them you short answer response?

no one else knows my account information. And i did email my colleges and luckily they were all very helpful and are letting me resend the short answer thing, but i was wondering the best way to do this. I think i am going to fax my short answer response to each school with a cover letter explaining what happened.

The thing is, is that this happened to another girl in my class too. Has anyone heard about this happening to anyone else?

I haven't heard anything but maybe you could just email them and let them know that you weren't sure where to send them. I mean, at least you'll know that they'll reach.

omg how scary

Yes, this is rather disconcerting.....

I haven't heard anything like this and hope not to... I'm glad everything is still working out for you. That would've been VERY annoying if the school's hadn't been understanding of something like this.
