HELP!! Concerned high schooler

I am a high school senior, and I'm freaking out about college. What are chances to get into:
Clemson
UGA
North Georgia
Appalachian State

My weighted GPA is a 3.89 and unweighted is a 3.67. Im also in the top 10% of my class. My highest ACT composite score is a 25 (very low, I'm not a good test taker). I've taken 3 AP classes (biology, U.S history, and world history) and am currently taking AP Lit and AP Gov. I've taken all honors science classes with my only regular classes being math. I'm a member of BETA club, NHS, and HOSA. I've been on the cross country and track and field varsity team for four years, and I'm also the cross country team captain. My top choice is Clemson, and I'm curious if I have a shot. Any comments are helpful!!

I’m also from Georgia.

UGA: Match
Clemson: Match
North Georgia: Low match
Appalachian State: Low match

I don’t know about the others but Clemson has become very competitive to get in. Although, I do know a few that got in with a little lower ACT score. I think that you need to get your ACT score up in the upper twenties and take a non-regular math class. If Clemson is your dream school, a 25 would be too border line for me. Get to know your admissions rep and visit a couple of times.
