HELP! Considering dropping an AP Class

Hello everyone! I've had this conflict for a while so it would be awesome if you guys can answer honestly.

As the title says, I'm considering dropping an AP Class. I'm currently taking:
AP Compuer Science
AP Lit
AP Music Theory
AP Stats
AP Chemistry
Philosophy

The thing is, I'm not failing any of my AP classes or anything. I've had a pretty strong work ethic during my high school years (I'm a high school senior by the way), and I was able to maintain a 4.0 GPA my freshman year through my junior year. I took 2 AP's soph year and 4 AP's junior year.

The thing is, I have always wanted to take choir, but my schedule didn't allow me to take it. But I didn't want to regret the fact that I didn't take choir after I graduate. The AP classes I can drop are either AP Music Theory or AP Computer Science, and if I were to drop an AP Class, I'm thinking AP Computer Science because I'm not enjoying it as much.

Will this change in schedule look bad when I'm applying to colleges? I'm applying to colleges like Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, Amherst, U Chicago, Dartmouth, etc... I don't know how it is looked upon by colleges. I don't want to make it look like I'm taking easy classes.

Keep in mind that I'm not "dropping" out of an AP class because I'm failing it; rather, I'm switching out of an AP class for an easier class. My transcript will just show that I had AP comp. sci first semester and choir second semester if I were to switch out.

Let me know what you think!

bump bump bmp

If you’re switching at the semester break, which is December/January, how would the colleges even know you dropped it? Your app would already be in, the only time they would see it would be a final transcript submitted when you graduate. (Unless your transcript also shows classes you’re currently enrolled in.)

I don’t think it’s really an issue, but why take 1 semester of choir your senior year? Seems a little late to join your high school choir. Join an a capella group when you get to where your going next year if you really want to sing.
