I have just been accepted to Penn for the master of biotechnology program (interdisciplinary between life sciences and engg with more engg courses and a course at wharton) and cornell biomedical engg m.e. I know cornell has a better engg school but penn has a good bioengg program. cornell’s biomed engg program is relatively new so it isn’t in the rankings yet. How would these schools then compare for biomed engg/biotech?

From what I've heard, Penn has a better BME program (in the same league as Johns Hopkins, Duke, UC - San Diego, and Michigan).
