HELP. Could UCSB rescind my admission

On my UC Application I reported that I was planning on taking a few more dual enrollment classes, but I ended up not being able to because of schedule conflicts. I’ve emailed the office of admissions abt this just recently and I’m now starting to feel really worried about my admission. Should I call or do anything else???

I would call. I doubt your admission would be rescinded.

Agree ^^. A long as you contacted UCSB admissions with the schedule change it should be fine, but calling to follow up is recommended.

You say you emailed admissions about this recently, which makes it sound like you did it after the admission decisions were out. When you submitted your UC application you listed the classes you plan to take. You would have known that you weren’t able to enroll in these classes either last fall or this past January. And of course UCSB knows this too. The UC information says that if there any changes to your schedule you need to notify them immediately. See http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/how-to-apply/after-you-apply/index.html. So UCSB might have thought they were getting a student taking several classes that they actually did not take. This could lead to rescission, especially if they decide the replacements were not of equal rigor
