Help: Counselor Phone Number w/ extension

<p>One of the required fields on the Common App is counselor's phone # w/ extension. I emailed my counselor before Christmas break for this, but she gave me a phone number without anextension. Now Common App won't save the phone number unless I add an extension too. I looked on my schools website and I couldn't find any extension. I emailed my counselor again, but I'm positive she won't respond by Jan 1 (which is when I need to submit) because we are on Christmas break. What should I do? Any advice will be great.</p>

<p>Enter 0 for the extension; they won’t be using one anyway if her phone number is a direct line. I’m surprised to hear that’s a required field on the application.</p>
