HELP!!! course rigor weakness for engineering

hi, I want to go into an engineering field in college( probably UCLA, berk., SD, UCI). I am a current junior.

how much will my course rigor hurt me in admissions?

in my sch., you have to get at least a B to take honors classes next year. I have taken almost all honors and AP classes, except for my math and science courses.... I got a C+
in Geometry honors freshman year, so I couldn't take alg. 2 H or Chem H. sophomore year, and right now I am still in physics CP/PRE-calc. in junior year. I know this will hurt me bad, especially for Eng. but I have maintained straight A's in these CP classes, except for a B+ in Chem CP one sem. am I totally doomed for the UC's I mentioned above, or is there anything I can still do to make up for this. (btw, I will be taking AP CALC AB, and definitely AP Physics senior year, even if I have to self study). also, my sch is really competitive( one of top 4 in CA)

How can I help my chances. this is literally the weakest part of my current app=
( hellllp!

It seems like it will put you at a disadvantage when you reach AP classes, as well as with admissions (if you have to declare a major when you apply). I know at my school it is strongly recommended that you don’t take AP math/science unless you have taken honors the previous year (the few that have not tend to switch out rather quickly or barely pass the class). It is not in any way impossible to achieve your goals, but anticipate additional problems.

Thanks anyone more input, on what i can do to hel.p. ,y chances thanks
