I was accepted to transfer to Dartmouth College and the University of Pennsylvania for Neuroscience (Pre Med).

Which school has the better pre med program for getting into a top tier med school? (JHU, any Ivy League school, etc.) Specifically, which school provides the best chances to get internships and clinic hours, which one has better advising, and where can I get the highest GPA possible?

Here are my thoughts so far:

UPenn - Has a great reputation for pre-professional undergraduate success. The school also has Air Force ROTC, which I would participate in because I want to be a physician for the Air Force. The only con is that it is in the middle of Philadelphia. I'm not a huge city person.

Dartmouth College - This was my initial "top pick" while applying because of its small size, very artistic environment, and I heard their undergraduate student med school acceptance rate is over 85% consistently from year to year. Another pro is that Dartmouth is located in a small town near mountains, and I love to ski. The only con for Dartmouth is that they only have Army ROTC, and my gut feeling tells me that I want to be an Air Force physician.

Additional Information - I'm considering getting a minor in Film & Media or Cinema Studies simply because these are my hobbies and, if I'm going to dish out 60k a year, I want to pursue my hobbies AND academic interests.

What do you guys think? Should I take a trip to visit both schools again? HELP!
