HELP: deciding between colleges

So the May 1st deadline is coming up and I am extremely indecisive. I am deciding between UGA and wake forest. I am from georgia so i have in state and will probably get the zell scholarship. I have the hope scholarship at the moment. Wake forest gave a generous financial aid package, so at the moment, wake forest is the better option financially. I am waiting to hear back from UGA’s office to see if they can offer any more aid. I know UGA is good for journalism and after doing some research, wake forest is pretty good too (they have a strong communications department and then you can minor in journalism, film/media, etc.). I don’t know where to go. I have toured both schools, both are nice. I will admit that wake is pretty small and people tend to group me with larger schools. That being said, I know i can find my fit anywhere. I’m just really conflicted. Please ask questions, give input, etc. Thanks

If you want posters to recommend a school for you, then you need to share more info. about your interests, likes & dislikes.

If Wake is lower cost, it seems like a no brainer.

Not sure about the current situation, but years ago the University of Georgia School of Journalism was considered to be among the very best in the country.

Also, Athens is one of the best college towns in the country.

Nevertheless, it is a personal choice which should be based on factors important to the OP. But, if the most important factor is either quality of journalism school/major or location, the choice is clear since COA is similiar.
