Help!! deciding between LSE and Imperial?

I'm currently in the UK year 13 and am lucky enough to hold offers from both Imperial and LSE for Maths with stats for finance and Maths with economics respectively.

I would like to work in a big company/business/IB and hedge funds etc IN THE US

I've been told Imperial is unheard of in the US whereas LSE is going to give me the wow factor. I do however like
Imperial a lot more so I was wondering if i turn down LSE for Imperial will that severely hinder my chances of finding work in the states? or will american employers also recognize Imperial as being as good as LSE (as how it's seen in the UK)

What do you recommend I do? Another option could be to do a masters in the US?

If you’re planning on joining in banking, LSE is it for you. Having said that, an Imperial degree won’t hinder you from joining in banking.

I haven’t de used whether to go into bankin or some sort of bank company. Either way I want to work in the states and I dunno if anyone there has heard of imperial

go for LSE no one in the states will have heard of imperial, they will think its some community college

Probably don’t really make much difference in the end. Companies don’t travel to UK to recruit for entry-level or associate positions. Masters in the US, college transfer or office transfer after working for couple years would be the more realistic routes.

I know in the uk they are viewed as equals, in the US not so sure

US banking world does know and respect LSE, dont know re imperial
