Help Deciding on College...Please Help!

Okay, going into my junior year...I know it's kind of early, but I would like to know, so please do not give me an answer such as "you have time to decide." My grades are good

Freshman Year - Weighted - 97.66
Sophmore Year - Weighted - 98.43

Freshman and Sophmore year, I took the hardest classes possible, besides one.

This year I am taking 4 AP's (Chem, US, Lang/Comp, Calc BC), and the rest honors

I plan to major somewhere in the business field, but I haven't necessarily decided where yet...

I took the PLAN/Pre-ACT, last year, and was projected to get a 31-33 on the ACT (I've read online that the projections are accurate for the most part, if not lower than the actual score)

I live in NY, and would not love to travel extremely far, but don't count out options...basically, what I'm looking for are good, non-amazing schools.

You’re not deciding on a college, you’re putting together a list. What can your family afford? There is a list of schools that offer good merit aid in the financial aid forum. Based on your score projections you should have some good options.

I suggest speaking with your parents and maybe your school college counselor (who is probably busy with seniors right now).

You aren’t really at the list stage yet. Right now is the time for you to visit colleges to get a feel for why you’re looking for (size, location, etc.).

Definitely visit some state schools because you’re going to need a safety school you’d be happy at.

You could visit NYU to get a feel for a large school in a city. NYU is expensive but has a great business school.

You could also look at Cornell.
