Help Determining Reach, Target, or Safety?

<p>I am a high school sophomore with a 3.5 unweighted GPA. I know at present that wouldn't match the requirements for my top schools, but I'm going to get it up next trimester. I am in the most rigorous classes offered and enrolled and involved in Army JROTC. On my PLAN (Pre ACT) test, my results indicated that I am expected to score between 31 and 34. I have some colleges in mind, but I need some help determining which schools are Reaches, Targets, and Safeties.</p>

USMA West Point
USNA Annapolis
New York University
Johns Hopkins University
Syracuse University</p>
